The place I work at is starting to reorganise the zones, and is grouping my section with four others that are getting paid better than I am, and normally this wouldn't be too much trouble besides learning whom I report to, but I will now have to work in the sections that I'm grouped in and not get proper pay for the tasks for which I do for the areas that are better paid. They say that the pay problem is solved because I would spend 50% of my time in my normal section, but I call bullshit on that beause I can see it for what it trully is, a dumbass sceam of the burocrats in charge of the company finding ways to short change the employees so they can save money and get bigger fucking bonuses and to see us little people work ourselves to death for thair amusement. I plan on quitting befor the end of the pay period.
